Why Learn French?

French is spoken by about 120 million people worldwide and is commonly used in business, trade and international affairs. It is an official language of the European Economic Community, the United Nations and the International Olympic Committee. Learning French is an important part of working in the interncational and diplomatic communities.

French is the official language of a number of countries. When you learn French, you will be able to communicate with people living in Europe, including France, Belguim, Luxembourg, Switzerland, among others; in Africa, including Morocco, Tunisia, Côte d'Ivoire, the Republic of Congo; in the Americas, including Canada (especially in the province of Quebec), Haiti, and Equatorial Guinea; and in Asia, including parts of India, Lebannon and the Philippines. Learn French to truly become a global citizen.
